1. Introduction and acceptance

You are responsible for keeping your login details and OTPs confidential, and for all activity under your account.

3. Products, pricing and payments

Product information. We try to show product colours, materials and sizes accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly with screen settings and photography. Size charts are a guide only.

Pricing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping and COD charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.

Errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order. Any amount you paid will be refunded in full.

Payments. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Third-party payment gateways handle online payments, and we do not store your full card details. COD may be limited by order value or pin code.

Offers and coupons. Each discount code has its own conditions. Codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse offers.

4. Orders, shipping, cancellations and returns

Order acceptance. An order confirmation email or SMS means we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we ship the product. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an unserviceable address. Any payment you made will be refunded in full.

Shipping. We ship within India through courier partners. Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may be affected by location, weather, holidays or courier delays. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations. You may cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped by contacting [support email].

Returns and exchanges. Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery, as set out in our Return & Exchange Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

copy or scrape the Website, or use bots, crawlers or other automated tools on it;
try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or upload viruses or harmful code;
impersonate any person, or post content that is false, abusive, obscene, defamatory or infringing.

All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to Midaswalk and protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. This includes the Midaswalk name and logo, product images, designs, text, graphics and software. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use needs our prior written permission.

6. Reviews, user content and third-party links

Reviews and content. When you post reviews, photos or other content, you confirm that it is your own and honest. You also give Midaswalk a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it on the Website, on social media and in marketing. We may moderate or remove any content at our discretion.

Third-party links. The Website may link to third-party sites such as payment gateways, courier tracking pages or social media. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

7. Disclaimers, liability and indemnity

Disclaimer. The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those stated on the product page or packaging.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midaswalk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Midaswalk and its owners, employees and partners against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government orders and courier network disruptions.
